AUSaw the O’L Mate fire pit at a local 4WD & Adventure show. Great quality product, strong construction. Wonderful design for airflow for the fire and ease of use. Great size. Best inclusions of fire pit, cooking plate, rotisserie brackets, gloves, baseplate & bag. Strong construction which was able to withstand logs we use for our slow combustion fireplace. Fabulous heat output. Super that it stores flat. Great customer service and communication. Fabulous that it’s high off the ground to meet some campground rules. 100% worth the money.
AUI bought this for my husband after he had spent a fair amount of time looking at the different types online. We tried it out yesterday and are very happy. It is different to cook on to our permanent one at home as the plate is closer to the fire, so the fire needs to die down a bit more but if there are only the two of us we will use it a lot as it needs less wood and we can move it out of the wind etc as well.
AUAfter looking at options, came across this unit, and love that it ticks so many boxes, heavy duty construction so it will last, BBQ plate and a spit mounting point. Looking forward to taking it out for my next trip.

AustraliaUsed to have a keg for a fire drum, bulky and heavy, the OL’Mate fire pit is half the weight and flat packs which makes it much easier to store in the4 x 4. A lot of thought has been put into the design and practicality, we absolutely love it !!! We also fitted a rotisserie to the included mounts which makes this unit very versatile. Thanks TOP END
