If you are not 100% satisfied with your Top End Campgear purchase then you can return it and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price. We only ask that you return the goods to us within 30 days from the date of your order and that the goods must be returned in the original condition in which you received them, in the original packaging and unused. A return of goods does not apply to defects caused by misuse, abuse or physical damage.
The shipping costs incurred for returning items to Top End Campgear is the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not be held liable or responsible for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned. We recommend that you register and insure the product you are returning.
